Vehicle-Mounted Navigation: Ram Mounts and Screen Placement

Where you mount your navigation matters more than most people think. I run a RAM mount on my center console that positions my phone at eye level, angled slightly toward the driver. Reaching down to a phone in a cupholder while driving a rutted two-track is how you drive into a wash.
